Blue Sonic was founded in 2004 by Andrew Newton to fulfill an ambition to provide contemporary homes using sustainable materials and energy saving systems.

Andrew’s impressive business career was kick started with J Sainsbury Ltd and culminated in him running their 5th largest supermarket at the age of just 27. Focusing on the Sales and Marketing arena, Andrew then enjoyed four years as a Director of an American Express company growing the business from scratch.

As a Director of the National Lottery company Camelot, Andrew was responsible for all areas dealing with Players and Retailers before leaving after seven years to start up a Courier Company and subsequently indulging his passion for eco-friendly property developing through Blue Sonic.

Blue Sonic’s vision is to create a successful property development company which takes pride in building good quality homes for people to be enjoyed by generations to come. By continually pushing the boundaries of project management and design and build, and using the latest techniques and materials available, Blue Sonic is committed to achieving maximum efficiency and cost savings for its consumers.
