Construction Methods
Blue
Sonic’s key manufacturing supplier, OSM,
has developed building methods to achieve fast build quality
new homes by using closed timber panels, constructed accurately
to the millimetre and assembled in a carefully controlled factory
environment, thus removing the need to battle with weather elements
that often slow construction and/or prove to be detrimental
to the finished product. Each property has built-in electrical
ducting ready for the electrical installation to follow on once
the house is erected, ensuring better control on-site and speeding
up every stage of the build.
OSM is committed to using sustainable materials wherever possible
in its construction process and to include as many energy and
resource saving devices as is feasible. Blue Sonic and OSM together
share the same philosophy, to build well-designed houses constructed
with renewable, energy-efficient, optimum quality materials
and components to both enhance people’s quality of life
and have a positive impact on the environment. |
