With
the Government calling for more new homes to be built in the
UK, at an incredibly fast rate, the pressure is constantly on
developers to identify suitable opportunities that will have
the minimum impact on green belt areas and enhance previously
used land, referred to as ‘brownfield’ sites.
Being a new kid on the block – Blue Sonic has entered
the houesbuilding industry with strong and sound business ethics,
in addition to an unbridled passion and commitment to be recognised
for its sincere efforts to develop environmentally healthy properties,
whilst at the same time being unswerving in its design ethos.
The Company’s main area of operation will focus on East
and parts of West Sussex, both of which are high on the Governments
agenda to receive pre-agreed volumes of new homes. However,
Blue Sonic takes the view that whilst new homes are required,
it will always endeavour to work sensitively and provide home
owners with properties they can confidently refer to as ‘green
and eco-friendly’, whilst enjoying high levels of design
and modern specifications.
Blue Sonic aims to work with local communities and planners
to ensure its projects are well received, sought after and highly
regarded as being industry trendsetters.
